Meet Our Staff
Jaclyn, Chief Executive Officer
Jaclyn began working at The Body Sculpting Center in 1998 doing Accounts Payable and has held several positions throughout the years. In 2011, she left the practice to complete her Master’s in Business Administration in London and returned to The Body Sculpting Center in 2013. Jaclyn coordinates the business operations and ensures that our practice runs smoothly. Her loyalty and dedication to the practice, the staff and our patients is one of the many attributes that make her such an asset to our office. In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys baking and traveling.
Ellie, Director of Finance
Ellie was born in Yerevan, the capital, and largest city in Armenia. She attended a private English school as well as the School of Cosmetology while in Armenia. When Ellie was 16, she moved to the United States to be closer to relatives. She attended Bryman College in California for Medical Assisting, then attended the Academy of Correctional Officers and following that, attended Western International University for a Bachelor degree in Legal Studies. Ellie also holds a certified real estate license from the School of Real Estate. Ellie has many passions outside of the medical field and is fluent in three languages, English, Armenian, and Russian and is currently learning Spanish as well! She has been a part of The Body Sculpting Center for 15 years and is a valued member of our team. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Megan, Social Media Director
Megan joined our practice when she and her husband, Dr. Philpott, purchased The Body Sculpting Center in March 2017. She is a trained Surgical Technologist with a wealth of other professional experience. Megan was born and raised in the Midwest and even though she and Dr. Philpott have only lived in Arizona since 2016, she is proud to call it home. She enjoys helping in the office and you may see her in consults, appointments and she still occasionally scrubs in during surgery with her husband. In her free time, Megan enjoys working out, traveling, spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Parker and Chopper.
Michelle, Stem Cell Coordinator/Patient Consultant
Michelle has been in the healthcare field for over 13 years and joined our team in April 2017. She graduated in 2004 with an AAS in Surgical Technology. Michelle coordinates our Stem Cell program and is extremely passionate about Stem Cell therapy. Our patient reviews compliment her on her compassion, kindness, vast knowledge of stem cells and dedication to the patients. Michelle has a 16-year old daughter and two pet rats, Paco and Chico. Michelle enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities in her spare time.
Elivia, Administrative Assistant
Elivia joined The Body Sculpting Center team in May 2016 and is a member of our front desk staff. She has quickly become our “go-to girl” for all things front office and has a been a wonderful addition to our team. Elivia graduated from Red Mountain High School in 2013 and is currently taking Nursing Prerequisites at ASU. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, attending music, art and food festivals and playing with her Siberian Huskie, Duke, and her pet chicken, RiRi.
Janet, Patient Consultant
Janet joined our team in 2013 as a patient consultant. Most patients recognize her from their consultations and pre-op/post-op appointments. Janet has been commended for her excellent patient care and willingness to assist with any questions and concerns. She is a native to Arizona and attended Camelback High School where she graduated in 2001. Janet then attended Gateway Community College and received her Certification as a Nursing Assistant and as a Health Unit Coordinator and is currently attending Grand Canyon University for a Bachelor’s in Advanced Patient Care and Professional Development. Janet has been married for 17 years to her high school sweetheart and is incredibly proud of her two children, a son who plays football for the Brophy Broncos and a daughter, who is an honor student. In her spare time, Janet enjoys spending time with her family.
Tonya, Patient Consultant
Tonya has been with Body Sculpting Center since 1997. After giving birth to her son in 2008, she took some time off to be with him. Although she enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom, once her son started school, Tonya was very excited to return to our team. Tonya started working again in 2015 and has been an asset to us once again. Tonya says her favorite part of her job is sharing in the excitement with the patients and making them a part of our family. When she isn’t working, Tonya enjoys spending time with her son.
Erin, Administrative Assistant
Erin began her relationship with us as a satisfied patient for over 15 years and joined our team as an Administrative Assistant in March 2017. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Science: Nutrition and Health Promotion. Erin is also a certified personal trainer, a health coach and worked as a hairdresser for 18 years before starting with us. She enjoys opportunities to help others find ways to live their best and happiest life and she has been a wonderful addition to our team. Erin loves music and her two cats, Emily and Angel. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her partner of 14 years, Mark. They love to explore Arizona together and enjoy good food, good wine and meeting new people.
Kim, Director of Nursing
Kim was born and raised here in Arizona and has been a member of our team for over 13 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and has experienced and enjoyed many different types of nursing in her career. Kim has spent 13 years in different positions at a local hospital, including 8 years in ICU. She advanced her education even further and become a certified plastic surgery nurse. Her goal is for each patient to have the best surgical experience possible.Kim is the proud mother of two sons and enjoys working out, hiking, biking, spending time with her family and two dogs.
Kara, Perioperative Nurse
Kara joined our team in 1997 as a Surgical Technologist and Patient Consultant. She left in 2003 to pursue other avenues and returned in 2016. Kara has vast operating room experience and knowledge and is passionate about patient care. Although Kara grew up in Southern California, she is proud to call Arizona home. Kara has two children and considers them her biggest accomplishment. In her free time, Kara enjoys crafting and spending time with her family, her two rescue cats, Princess and Henry, and the newest addition to her family, a rescue dog named Finley.
