In addition to presenting honest, realistic views of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Borsand makes each patient feel comfortable and educated about all aspects of cosmetic surgery.

Elizabeth Nikolic, N.M.D
I earned my Bachelor of Science from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington and my doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. As a licensed primary care physician in the state of Arizona, I have dedicated my medical career to aesthetic & cosmetic medicine as well as aesthetic laser treatments. I have a great passion for anti-aging medicine & artistic eye, cosmetic injectables!
Jaclyn Tice, Chief Executive Officer
I began working at The Body Sculpting Center in 1998 and have held several positions throughout the years. In 2011, I left the practice to complete my Master’s in Business Administration in London. Being a part of this team again is such a joy; I consider myself extremely fortunate to look forward to work every day. Making a positive difference in our patients’ lives is rewarding and exciting. Spending time with my son Cameron and travelling to new places keep me busy outside the office.
Ellie, Director of Finance
I was born in Yerevan, the capital, and largest city in Armenia. I attended a private English school as well as the School of Cosmetology while in Armenia. When I was 16, I moved to the United States to be closer to relatives. I attended Bryman College in California for Medical Assisting. I have many passions besides the medical field and went back to school to receive additional education. I then attended the Academy of Correctional Officers and following that attended Western International University for a Bachelor degree in Legal Studies. I also hold a certified real estate license from the School of Real Estate. I am fluent in three languages, English, Armenian, and Russian! I have worked for Dr. Borsand here at The Body Sculpting Center for 10 years and enjoy working alongside such a great staff. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son, Antonio.
Kim Caldwell, Director of Nursing
I was born and raised here in Arizona. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. I have experienced and enjoyed many different types of nursing in my career. I spent 13 years in different positions at the hospital, including 8 years in ICU. The last 14 years my focus has been surgery, specifically cosmetics and plastics. To advance my education in this area, I have become a certified plastic surgery nurse. I have been employed at The Body Sculpting Center for the last 12 years. I love our team here, and especially our patients! My goal is for each patient to have the best surgical experience possible.
I have 2 sons I am very proud of. My younger son is attending college, majoring in Psychology, and the other has graduated with his degree in Business Management. When I’m not here at work I enjoy working out, hiking, biking, spending time with my family, and our two dogs.
I was born and raised in New York and am an East Coast girl at heart. I moved to AZ several years ago and am enjoying spending time seeing and doing all that AZ has to offer. Since graduating from college I have been working in the financial and billing side of healthcare. I have continued my education by becoming CPC certified and plan on obtaining an additional certification soon. I feel so lucky to have joined the team at The Body Sculpting Center and can’t wait to see where my future here takes me. Traveling, hiking and keeping up with my favorite sports teams are just some of my hobbies.
Janet, Patient Consultant
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from Camelback High School, I attended Gateway Community College where I received my certification as both a Nursing Assistant and a Health Unit Secretary. I previously worked as a Nursing Assistant at a local hospital for 7 years. I have recently returned to school in order to complete my prerequisite for a Nursing degree. I have been married for 12 years to my high school sweetheart. We have two wonderful children, Anthony, who is 10, and Alexa, who is 5. I look forward to meeting with you for your consultation.
My name is Tonya and I have been with Body Sculpting Center since 1997. I had my only child in 2008 and took some time off to be with my son. I enjoyed being a stay-at-home mother and watching my son grow up who is now seven. I am very excited to be back working for the Body Sculpting Center. My favorite thing about working here is sharing the excitement with the patients and making them a part of our family.
A little about me, I grew up in Southern California however my family is here and I have been back here long enough to consider myself a Phoenician. I attended the Bryman School of Phoenix for Surgical Technology a long time ago and am currently enrolled at Phoenix College of Nursing. I am working towards my bachelors degree in the Science of Nursing. I am looking forward to transitioning into a nursing position here at the The Body Sculpting Center. I worked at The Body Sculpting Center both as a Surgical Technologist and Patient Consultant a little over 7 years, and have been back here since June of this year, and am very happy to call The Body Sculpting Center home. Some personal tidbits about me are, I am a mother of two children, a teenage boy and a daughter in the 3rd grade. My children are by far my greatest accomplishments. I am also the mother of two spoiled cats. A 12 year old “Princess” and a 5 month old rescue kitten named “Henry”.
My name is Allison, and I absolutely love working as a perioperative nurse. Like most nurses, I have dabbled in several different areas of medicine from naturopathic medicine to pediatric home health, and have learned so many valuable things from each area I have experienced. I am passionate about patient care, and have found my joy in the surgical setting. It can be an overwhelming experience for some, and I enjoy contributing to creating a safe, positive, calming environment. I am proud to be part of such a great team!! I am originally from Boston, and enjoy all things sports. I also like music, hiking, camping, fishing, running, and chocolate.
Geoffrey, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Geoffrey has been with Body Sculpting Center since 2008. He graduated from Arizona State University and has been involved with United States Armed Forces the majority of his life. Geoffrey was awarded with many honors and awards including Agatha Hodgkin C.R.N.A. Memorial Award, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Training Ribbon, Citation USPHS and other’s.
Geoffrey is licensed as a Registered Nurse/Advanced Practice Nurse in Texas, Arizona, New Hampshire and California. He holds national certifications for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Geoffrey is also an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor. He is a member of American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Society of Trauma Nurses, and Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Dino, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Dino has been with Body Sculpting Center since 2008. He graduated from the U.S. Army program in Anesthesia Nursing at the University of Texas as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist along with a Master of Science in Nursing. Dino also provides anesthesia at Phoenix Indian Medical Center. He is an independent provider for obstetric, general, orthopedic, ENT, and pediatric patients.
Dino holds certifications in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, basic life support and advanced trauma life support. He is also a certified emergency nurse. He has received awards for clinical excellence at the University of California, Distinguished Graduate with U.S. Army graduate program in anesthesia nursing, Commandants Graduate, Air and Force Achievement Award and other.
Adam, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
I was born in Winslow, Arizona. I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who enjoys his job fullest. I am married with two children. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats and salt water fish. I have been working with Body Sculpting Center for the past 9 years.
Veneda, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Veneda has worked for the Body Sculpting Center since 2013. She hold a BSN, MSN and a Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice.
Veneda is licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Arizona, and New Hampshire. He holds national certifications for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Burn Life Support. Veneda has also been an Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support Instructor. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists, the Critical Care Nurse Association, and Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. Currently she is an Associate Professor and Clinical Director for the Midwestern University Nurse Anesthesia program in Glendale AZ.
