Laser Vaginal Renewal™


One of the new “buzzwords” to market and attract patients is the use of the word “LASER.” Medical lasers have excellent uses in surgery, and would appear to imply that the physician using a laser for a procedure may be more talented--more ‘high-tech,’ than another. Ultimately though, a laser is a tool for making an incision and sculpting tissue. It also can help reduce bleeding. Here at the BSC, we have many lasers and have used them during female genital procedures; however, our personal style and experience with labial and vaginal rejuvenation surgery has seen outstanding results, safety and patient comfort by adapting a very delicate radiofrequency (“RF”) energy source to incise, sculpt and coagulate small blood vessels with an ease and safety profile equal or superior to that of a laser.

The Laser Vaginal Renewal™ procedure at the Body Sculpting Center is actually performed using the radiofrequency device mentioned above and is a combination of the labiaplasty and vaginoplasty procedures to renew the overall appearance and function of the vagina.
