THE VALLEY’S MOST STATE-OF-THE-ART MEDSPA BODYNEW IS ON THE FOREFRONT OF MEDICAL AND ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY

(Scottsdale, March 2007) The Body Sculpting Center, 2255 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale AZ 85257 is in the midst of completing their 12,000 square foot expansion and will provide the Valley with the most state-of-the-art MedSpa while staying friendly to the environment. In addition to the renovations to the interior, BodyNew MedSpa plans to do their part for the environment by implementing water saving xeriscape landscape and an energy generating solar panel roof.

BodyNew MedSpa and Body Sculpting Center are also installing solar panels on the roof to generate power. The panels will be a large grid arranged on the roof and will provide power, and save the use of electricity for the new facility. Solar tube lighting will also be installed to conserve on electricicity. In addition, when Body Sculpting Center has a surplus of electricity, they will sell it back to the power company to use. To offset the cost of installing the system, SRP has indicated that they will give a sizeable rebate on this expenditure. Jaclyn Tice from BodyNew calls the solar-powered roof, “A great addition to the MedSpa. The solar roof saves electricity while being environmentally friendly, helping to ward off global warming; we’re just trying to do our part to conserve in the Valley.”

The sleek and modern landscape design outside the new facility will not only reflect the beautiful renovations of the interior, it will also be environmentally conservative. By utilizing a xeriscape landscape design the advantages of using water frugal plants help to minimize water usage and water waste. Arizona’s hot and dry climate causes extremely high evaporation rates. Combine that with the low average rainfall in the Phoenix area and it’s obvious a xeriscape landscape is crucial in the ever important conservation of the Valley’s limited water supply.

The Grand Opening of BodyNew MedSpa is April 18, 2007. The newly renovated facility will totals 12,000 square feet of the most advanced technology in cosmetic surgery and esthetic services including an incredible custom designed Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Room.
